Inspection/ Viewing Tours Houses In Spain offers property inspection visits, with no obligation to buy. We believe that it is essential that you visit the areas you are interested in before you buy. Our one to one inspection trips are tailored to you specific needs and we will only show you properties that match your criteria. We will also give you a tour of the local area so that you can become more familair with it.

You should allow approximately 2-3 days for your inspection tour. This will give you ample time to view a selection of properties and to complete any legal paperwork should you decide to make a purchase.

All we ask is that you arrange your own flights, and let us know the times and dates you will be in Spain so we can book your hotel for you. The cost of your flights will be refunded to you upon completion of your purchase.
