The orientation of the house and the gardens is perfect. It benefits from the rising sun in the morning to the setting sun in the evening and yet has shelter from a ridge at the rear of the house.

The Ground Floor ...

The entrance hall leads into a beautiful staircase. To the right, in the hall, is a cloakroom.

From the entrance hall you will move straight into the living room. The living room has a connection to the kitchen, to the right of the hall.

Distance from El Campello approximately 4 km. El Campello has a complete range of shops. Benidorm is approximately 20 minutes from the house. Alicante airport and Alicante city are located approximately 30 minutes away. Within walking distance of the house is a small station from where there are excellent rail connections towards Alicante and, to the north, Denia.
