Advertising your Spanish property on this website

If you want to sell your apartment, you can make use of our well visited website. This is possible in two ways! The first option is ‘Advertising without selling support’, the second is ‘Advertising with selling support’. Let us explain ourselves:
 
Advertising without selling support
With this option we will place 4 pictures plus data of your property on our website. Firstly we make an appointment with you. Secondly we will take pictures of your property. After that we receive reactions of potential buyers on our website.

The leads will be passed on to you via e-mail including all collected contact details. What we need from you is an e-mail address to pass on this information to you. The total price of this service will be 125,- euro (excluding VAT). Your property gets placed on our website until your house is sold or for as long as you would like to.

When we receive pictures including full description of the property (written by yourself) the total costs will be 75, - euro only.

Advertising with selling support

This option is similar to the first option but inclusive of the complete accompanying sales process, notary and delivery report to you as our client. We take your asking price as a base and place your property between 3 and 5 per cent higher on the market. This percentage is the usual commission for handling resale houses in Spain.
