Surroundings
Do you want to start a business in Spain and also love nature and space? Then this bed and breakfast is something for you. The B & B is close to L'Atzúbia and Pego on the Costa Blanca North. The place has been carefully chosen, based on its position on a hillside with magnificent views over the valley of la Marjal de Pego-Oliva, the Mediterranean, the picturesque Spanish villages, and rugged mountain ranges. The village of L'Atzúbia is 10 minutes away and a 15 minute walk takes you to Pego, a larger place where you can find all the facilities. The vast sandy beaches in the area of Gandia can be reached in 25 minutes.

The B & B is an excellent base for guests wishing to enjoy a varied holiday. You can visit typical Spanish villages, or enjoy a lovely day with the view from the luxurious pool. There is something for everyone to do in the area: sun, sea and beach, hiking in natural surroundings, biking, golfing and, of course, rest.
The location of the B & B, surrounded by nature, assures peace and quiet. Nothing else should be built in and around this area.

The guest rooms
The B & B has five guest rooms. Two lodges feature a master bedroom and a bedroom for two children. One’s stay may include, for example, two additional guests or children as the two middle rooms can be combined through a door to a two-room residence, but can also be hired as separate rooms. All units are equipped with a luxurious bathroom with toilet and shower and large wardrobes.

Shared living room
In addition to the guest rooms, you will find a kitchen with spacious lounge that where you can eat. Through sliding doors you come to a shared terrace where guests can reminisce with a glass of wine. Here, experiences and tips are exchanged.

Outdoors
The B & B is perfectly adapted to enjoy the area outside. All rooms have a private terrace in front of the door. A path leads you to the beautifully designed swimming pool with several sun loungers and an outside bar. You will also find a toilet and shower. Looking out from the pool, you can appreciate the spectacular views.

The main residence
The property consists of a living room with a beautiful fireplace and open kitchen with dining area. Ample light shines through the many windows and the doors to the private terrace can be fully opened. Through a hallway to the living room is, on the right side, an office and, on the other side, a storage room and a guest toilet. Next to the office is a bathroom. There are then 2 bedrooms and at the end of the hall is the master bedroom with a large en suite.

Enlarge with camping
It is permitted to further expand the current B & B with a campsite. For this, there is a 20,000m2 large plot comprising several terraces. You can allow campers to enjoy the same views across the valley, or just create more sheltered spots.

Quality
The construction of this B & B has not saved on quality. The materials used are of high quality and have been selected by the current owners with care. Everything feels solid and the finish is of high quality, such as the hinges and locks, doors and frames, heavy-tiled floors. The architectural style and workmanship has been carried out in a way that fits in with the surroundings; for example, the stucco rustic style.
