This newly-built villa has two floors. The upper floor consists of an entrance, a bedroom with dressing room and bathroom en-suite, modern open kitchen to the large living room, one guest toilet, storage room and covered veranda. From this floor you have a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea.

The ground floor is divided into 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. From all bedrooms you have access to a covered veranda and a terrace by the pool.
The villa has air conditioning by semiconductors. Air conditioning, entrance gates, cameras etc are all remotely controlled via telephone.

Outside
The villa was built in 2018 on an almost flat plot and faces south. There is a summer kitchen with covered barbecue. All lamps can be dimmed for optimal atmosphere. There is a heated swimming pool with steps and underwater lighting and which is surrounded by a large terrace.

There is a complete covered substructure by the pool for storage. Rainwater is collected and used for watering the garden. The garden is also equipped with an automatic irrigation system.
