Via a staircase on the outside of the house you go down and come to the guesthouse. Here you will find two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Part of the substructure has not yet been finished and is currently being used as storage. If desired, you can increase the guest accommodation or even construct a second guest accommodation.

Around the house
Around the main residence you have a beautiful spacious terrace with a great view over the mountainous surroundings. At the guesthouse and around the pool is a large terrace consisting of decorative paving. The ground around it has decorative gravel on anti-root cloth. near the pool is an extra toilet. The plot is accessible via an electrically-operated entrance gate and a walkway.

You will find a pleasant eatery within walking distance. A few kilometres away you will find the cosy old centre of Busot with various eateries. You are also a short distance from the golf resort of Bonalba. The pretty seaside resorts of El Campello and playa San Juan are around 10 minutes drive away.
