The apartment faces south and enjoys perfect sun exposure. It doesn’t get too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter. The terrace is enclosed with glass, significantly expanding the living space. In the summer, you can slide the windows open.

The complex
Although this is a somewhat older complex—originally built on behalf of a Dutch pension fund—it is very solidly constructed and is also well maintained. There is a permanent concierge on site who knows all the ins and outs.

The communal gardens are beautiful, and you’ll find lovely spots everywhere to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. There’s no shortage of parking spaces on the premises. These are accessible to residents via an electric gate. There are also pedestrian gates at various locations.

A beautiful location right on a lovely stretch of coastline, with a picturesque, quiet bay next to the complex. A short distance from the building is a train station from which you can travel toward Alicante or south toward Benidorm. It is located just over a kilometer from the marina in the resort town
