Perfect sunny position

The apartment is south-oriented and has a perfect sunny position. In summer it doesn't get too hot, in winter it doesn't get too cold. The terrace has been glazed in, which has significantly increased the living space. In the summer you can slide the windows open.

Beautiful view

From the fourth floor you have a beautiful view over the coastline from El Campello all the way to Alicante. The land next to the complex is no longer allowed to be built on and is currently used as a park. The view is therefore guaranteed for the future.

The complex

Although it is a somewhat older complex, once built on behalf of a Dutch pension fund, it is very well built and is also well maintained. There has even been the same permanent concierge at the complex for years who knows all the ins and outs.

The communal gardens are beautiful and you will find wonderful places everywhere to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. There is no shortage of parking spaces on site; these are accessible to residents via an electric entrance gate. There are also pedestrian gates in various places.

Environment

A lovely place on a beautiful stretch of coastline next to the complex and a quiet bay. A short distance from the building is a tram station that takes you towards Alicante, or south towards Benidorm. It is located just over a kilometre from the marina of the seaside resort of El Campello, with its pleasant boulevard where you will find countless terraces, restaurants and shops.
