Charming villa in Tibi (vr1413)

This villa with guest house is located in a quiet natural environment, just 20 minutes drive from the city of Alicante. More photos will follow soon.

Layout
As you enter, you immediately notice the high ceiling that emphasises the feeling of space. The house has a beautiful classic semi-open kitchen connected to the lounge and dining area. The living room has a large built-in fireplace and French doors leading out to a spacious balcony terrace, with a wonderful view of the mountains and the sea.
From the living room is a staircase to a loft that now serves as an office. From here, you have a beautiful view over the mountainous area towards the sea.

Also from the living room, you reach the sleeping quarters via a small staircase. Her, you will find three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom.
The villa has gas central heating and cold / warm air-conditioning.

Guest area
Under the house is a guest area with a bedroom, lounge and luxury bathroom with a sauna. This area has its own entrance and is located at pool level.

Around the house
The garden is beautifully landscaped and equipped with many plants, seating areas and paths. Everywhere, you can find a space all year round with shade or sun. In front of the house is a large swimming pool in the shape of a triangle.

Behind the pool, one level down on the plot, you will find a beautiful orchard with various fruit and nut trees.

The plot is accessible via an electric entrance gate with a walkway next to it. There is enough space to park a few cars

Location
You will find this house in a quiet, green residential area 6 kilometres from the town of Tibi. The area is hilly with many forest areas and a large nature reserve nearby, with good access. The motorway to Alicante is a few minutes away. In the other direction, Castalla is 10 minutes away; a somewhat larger place where you will find all amenities.
