The ground floor is divided into 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. From all bedrooms you have access to a covered veranda and a terrace by the pool.

The villa was built in 2018 on an almost flat plot and faces south. There is a summer kitchen with covered barbecue. All lamps can be dimmed for optimal atmosphere. There is a heated swimming pool with steps and underwater lighting and which is surrounded by a large terrace.

There is a complete covered substructure by the pool for storage. Rainwater is collected and used for watering the garden. The garden is also equipped with an automatic irrigation system.
