Layout
The house consists of two floors.
The ground floor is mainly used as a garage and workshop. You can change this relatively easily to a guest apartment with several bedrooms.

The upper floor consists of a glazed porch with a cosy lounge. From the living room you enter a hall where you come to a closed kitchen. There is also a spacious bedroom, two smaller bedrooms and a good-sized bathroom on this floor.
The two floors have their own entrances.

Garden
You reach the spacious plot via an electrically-operated entrance gate. Behind the house is a good-sized pool of almost 10 metres. You will also find a large carport where you can park several cars. There is ample space and privacy In the large garden.

Surroundings
The house is located in a small-scale neighbourhood in a central location close to one of the main arterial roads around El Campello. By car, you can be on the boulevard of this beautiful seaside resort in approximately 5 minutes. A drive to the famous resort of Benidorm takes about fifteen minutes.
