Layout of the house

The architect's idea was to work with large open spaces. All areas have plenty of natural light.

The ground floor

On the ground floor, a space of 180 m2 has been created containing a modern kitchen, a dining area, living room and lounge. Also on this floor is the entrance area with cloakroom, a lift for the 3 floors, a guest toilet, 2 bedrooms with their bathrooms en-suite and 2 additional bedrooms that share a bathroom.

Substructure

Here too is a large and beautifully finished open space of 290 m2. Furthermore, there is a complete apartment of 70 m2 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms en-suite, as well as a laundry and storage room of 14 m2

Roof terrace

A colourful village with a long tradition of fishing and chocolate making. Villajoyosa, is a fishing village in the province of Alicante and is popularly called "La Vila". Very recognisable by many houses with brightly coloured facades. A church and the narrow streets within the city walls form the old town of Villajoyosa. The huge natural sandy beach close to the old part makes Vilajoyosa a place where everyone wants to be.
