Layout
On the ground floor you will find the entrance with the kitchen on the left, next to it is a spacious living room with access to a lovely terrace at the front of the house. Through a hall you come to three bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. There is also a bathroom. The rooms have airconditioning.

Guest apartment
On the outside of the house there is a staircase to the lower floor. Here you will find a complete guest house consisting of a spacious living room, open kitchen and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A third room is currently furnished as a work room but can also serve as an extra bedroom or office.

Around the house
The plot has its own driveway with electric gate and carport. You will also find a pedestrian gate. The garden is low-maintenance but playfully laid out and equipped with a Jacuzzi. You will also find a cosy gazebo and, of course, a swimming pool is not missing. Next to the swimming pool you will find an outdoor shower.

Location
The villa is located in a quiet residential area in the mountain village of Busot, about 1 kilometer from the village centre, with various bars and restaurants. Busot itself is about 10 minutes from the seaside resort of El Campello.
